Description

You will build medium to complex Salesforce solutions and technical strategies to improve business processes.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Develop native and custom solutions using Apex, LWC, and other Salesforce technologies.
• Create technical plans and strategies to address agency-wide issues.
• Maintain and support existing Salesforce applications and AppExchange customizations.
• Conduct workshops, training, and knowledge transfer sessions for team members and stakeholders.
• Produce technical and business documentation for all projects.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience in Salesforce development and solution architecture.
• Strong proficiency in Apex classes and triggers.
• Extensive experience with Lightning Web Components (LWC) and Visualforce.
• Advanced front-end development skills using HTML5, CSS, JavaScript, and jQuery.
• Experience working with enterprise-level applications.
• Practical knowledge of Agile development methodologies.
• Strong technical writing and communication skills.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with MuleSoft, ETL, or integration tools.
• Knowledge of DB2, SQL Server, Salesforce Community development, or e-signing solutions.
