Description

• Participate in SDLC processes including requirements verification, design, development, testing, maintenance, and support.
• Support existing custom Salesforce applications and participate in development of new CT-KIND system.
• Work collaboratively with System Integrator for knowledge transfer and maintenance.
• Design and develop Salesforce APEX, Lightning pages, Visualforce pages.
• Apply full stack skills including Salesforce OOP, CRUD, design patterns, configuration, SOQL.
• Provide analysis and requirements for application integration.
• Create and maintain required technical documentation.
• Demonstrate strong organizational, pro-active, self-directed, communication, abstract thinking and problem-solving skills.
• Drive work from requirements to implementation.

Required Skills

• Minimum 5 years of Salesforce development experience.
• Must code APEX OOP and understand design patterns.
• 10 or more years of professional experience with Salesforce, .NET OOP, SOA.
• Knowledge of SQL and end-to-end web development.
• Must comply with DCF Child Protection Background Check and Non-disclosure Agreement.
• Ability to work full-time Monday to Friday, 8 AM - 5 PM.
• Must be local or within 2-hour driving distance and able to attend in-person interviews.
• Vendor must order CT Dept. of Children and Families background verification package through InfoCubic.

• Experience with JavaScript frameworks.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Experience mentoring less experienced staff.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a team.
• Prior experience in Agile development methodology.
• Knowledge of design patterns, presentation skills, and teamwork.
