Description

Lead Salesforce development initiatives using Service Cloud and Experience Cloud to enhance customer engagement and streamline service delivery.

This role is hybrid.

Responsibilities

• Design and implement scalable solutions within Salesforce Service Cloud and Experience Cloud.
• Translate stakeholder requirements into actionable development plans and technical specifications.
• Mentor and guide a team of developers to foster continuous improvement and technical excellence.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to optimize user experiences and UI/UX principles.
• Drive strategic improvements in customer service initiatives through effective leadership.

Required Skills

• 10+ years of professional experience in Salesforce development.
• Deep expertise in Salesforce Service Cloud and Experience Cloud.
• Proficiency in Lightning Web Components (LWC) and Apex development.
• Strong understanding of UI/UX best practices and implementation.
• Proven ability to lead development teams and manage cross-functional collaboration.
• Experience in gathering requirements and translating them into technical solutions.
• Bachelor's degree in any discipline (Any Graduation).

• Experience in optimizing large-scale service delivery platforms.
