You will develop and implement solutions within the Salesforce platform, focusing on AgentForce bots and AI-driven workflows.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Build and configure AgentForce bots and AI agents within Salesforce.
• Develop custom integrations between AgentForce, other Salesforce clouds, and third-party systems.
• Implement AI-driven workflows for customer service, sales, and support.
• Optimize conversational flows and ensure seamless handoff between bots and human agents.
• Deploy solutions following Salesforce best practices and security guidelines.

Required Skills

• 8+ years of hands-on experience with Salesforce AgentForce development projects.
• Proficiency in Apex, Lightning Web Components (LWC), and Salesforce APIs.
• Experience with Einstein AI, Omni-Channel, Flow Builder, and AI Tools.
• Knowledge of data security and compliance standards.
• Familiarity with Agile methodologies and participation in sprint planning.
• Experience with Salesforce development best practices.

Preferred Skills

• Experience working closely with Salesforce architects.
• Strong technical documentation and presentation skills.
