Description

You will design, develop, and maintain Salesforce solutions with a focus on Sales Cloud, Apex, and Lightning Web Components. You will lead technical decisions and guide the team to deliver scalable integrations and automation.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Architect and implement complex integrations between Salesforce and external systems using APIs and middleware.
• Develop and optimize Apex classes, triggers, and asynchronous batch jobs for high-performance data processing.
• Build scalable, reusable Lightning Web Components (LWC) to enhance user experience and interface functionality.
• Design and configure advanced Salesforce Flows to automate business processes and reduce manual effort.
• Provide technical leadership and mentorship to the development team, ensuring best practices in code quality and security.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of hands-on experience in Salesforce development.
• Strong command over Apex, including triggers, batch jobs, and asynchronous processing.
• Proven expertise in developing Lightning Web Components (LWC).
• Deep understanding of Sales Cloud functionalities and best practices.
• Experience integrating Salesforce with external systems using APIs and middleware.
• Solid grasp of Salesforce administration, including configuration, security, and user management.
• Demonstrated capability in technical and team leadership roles.
