Description

Lead enterprise product programs using agile methodologies while maintaining hands-on proficiency with Salesforce Sales Cloud.

Responsibilities

• Host daily stand-ups, sprint planning, retrospectives, and reviews.
• Coach team members on scrum practices and remove delivery roadblocks.
• Align stakeholders across functions through relationship building and executive communication.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to manage the software development lifecycle.

Required Skills

• 7+ years of experience leading enterprise product programs.
• Certified Agile Scrum Master.
• Proficiency with Salesforce Sales Cloud.
• Hands-on experience with Jira and Confluence.
• Deep understanding of the software development lifecycle.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to establish rapport with senior executives and technical teams.
