Good to Have Skills: Salesforce Platform Developer certification, experience with large-scale enterprise solutions, knowledge of coding standards and best practices, collaboration with Product Managers and business stakeholders, requirement gathering and implementation experience.

Roles & Responsibilities:

• Identify opportunities to automate workflows, optimize back-end processes, and follow established coding standards and best practices.
• Develop user experiences that streamline business processes and assist in building component libraries to empower administrators.
• Collaborate with software development teams to build technical integrations between Salesforce and other systems.
• Support the design and build of new features while assisting with team initiatives and strategic roadmaps.
• Work under guidance of senior developers and collaborate with Product Managers to support requirement gathering.
• Develop foundational technical skills and teamwork capabilities to successfully launch features in Salesforce platform.
• Begin exposure to AWS technologies alongside the primary Salesforce platform with mentorship from senior team members.

Experience Required: 2+ years of Salesforce development experience with APIs and technical integrations. Experience designing, developing, and deploying business software at scale. Experience working with agile development methodologies. Preferred 4+ years Salesforce development experience.

Education: Bachelor's degree or above in Computer Science, Engineering, or related fields
