Description

You will design and implement technical solutions on Salesforce Field Service (FSL) and the SFS Mobile App.

Responsibilities

• Design and implement solutions using Apex, Lightning Web Components (LWC), and Visualforce.
• Customize Field Service Lightning components including Work Orders, Service Appointments, and Resource Schedules.
• Integrate Salesforce with third-party systems via APIs, middleware, and event-driven data models.
• Optimize scheduling and routing configurations for field service needs.
• Provide on-call support, troubleshooting, and issue resolution for the SFS Mobile App.
• Translate business requirements into technical specifications and participate in full SDLC from design to deployment.

Required Skills

• 4+ years of software development experience.
• 3+ years of experience with SFDC toolkit including LWC, Visualforce, Apex, S-controls, Triggers, and Apex Data Loader.
• Experience with Custom Objects, Validation Rules, Email Services, Flows, Process Builder, Workflow Rules, and Approvals.
• Advanced Apex coding, Controllers, Triggers, Platform events, Permission Sets, Profiles, Roles, Reports, and Dashboards.
• Proficiency in SOQL, Web Services, and the Salesforce security model.
• Experience integrating applications using Rest API, SOAP, and Kafka.
• Experience with SQL and No-SQL databases including Oracle, MySQL, and MongoDB.
• Strong object-oriented design skills and experience using design patterns.
• Knowledge of CI/CD and TDD practices.

Preferred Skills

• Working experience with Salesforce Field Service Cloud and Field Service Mobile App.
• Salesforce developer certification and mobile app development experience.
• Programming experience in Java, .Net, or Python.
• Knowledge of SAFe Framework.
