Description

You will design, build, and deploy scalable Salesforce solutions within an end-to-end development lifecycle.

Responsibilities

• Design and engineer Salesforce solutions that align with business requirements and user-led designs.
• Build performant, secure, and resilient technical solutions, including data migration and cutover tasks.
• Perform technical unit and integration testing while documenting all test scenarios and results.
• Provide fourth-line support for complex incidents, owning tickets through to resolution.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience in Salesforce development and technical design.
• Current Salesforce certifications: Administrator, Advanced Administrator, Platform Developer 1 or 2, App Builder, and Sales/Service Cloud.
• Proven experience in the end-to-end development lifecycle across various Salesforce modules.
• Ability to gather, analyze, and translate business requirements into technical designs.
• Experience conducting systems analysis and working with stakeholders to implement process improvements.
• Strong understanding of security-by-design principles and data security.
• Competency in quality assurance, specifically unit and integration testing.

Preferred Skills

• Experience supporting and deploying Salesforce within large, complex organizations.
• Hands-on experience delivering product updates and upgrades.
• Working knowledge of ITIL practices.
