Description

Design, develop, and maintain scalable Salesforce solutions using Apex, Lightning Web Components, and declarative tools.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Build and manage custom functionalities using Apex, Visualforce, and Lightning components.
• Configure Salesforce workflows, Process Builder, validation rules, and Flow.
• Integrate Salesforce with external systems via REST APIs and SOAP.
• Support testing processes including unit, integration, and user acceptance testing.
• Resolve production issues and participate in on-call rotation to minimize downtime.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of hands-on experience in Salesforce Development.
• 3+ years specialized experience with Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, and Lightning Web Components.
• Proficiency in Apex trigger optimization and bulkification.
• Strong understanding of Salesforce security models (roles, profiles, permission sets, sharing rules).
• Experience building customer and partner portals using Salesforce Community Cloud.
• Familiarity with release and change management processes.
• 2+ years of experience with agile development methodologies.

Preferred Skills

• Exposure to Agentforce or similar AI-driven platforms.
