Description

You will develop and configure Salesforce solutions to meet specific business requirements.

Responsibilities

• Design and develop Apex Triggers and complex Apex classes.
• Build Salesforce UI components using Visualforce pages and controllers.
• Integrate Salesforce with third-party applications via REST API.
• Configure Service Cloud features including case management, entitlements, and milestones.
• Create custom objects and fields and manage metadata templates based on platform needs.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience in Salesforce development.
• Proficiency with Apex Triggers and Apex classes.
• Experience with Visualforce and Salesforce UI.
• Hands-on experience with REST API integrations.
• Strong SQL skills for querying databases like Teradata.
• Ability to manage metadata and data dictionaries.
• Experience with Service Cloud case management.

Preferred Skills

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, IT, or equivalent experience.
