Description

Lead technical development and maintenance within the Salesforce CRM platform.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Design, code, test, and debug applications on the Salesforce platform.
• Lead technical projects, including code reviews and testing processes.
• Translate business requirements into technical specifications and design documents.
• Develop reports and dashboards to monitor data quality and integrity.
• Provide ongoing technical support to CRM users.

Required Skills

• 5-10 years of Salesforce development experience.
• Proficiency in Apex programming.
• Strong experience with Javascript.
• Hands-on expertise with Salesforce Lightning UI and LWC.
• Experience developing REST APIs and using Salesforce Lightning Connect for external API calls.
• Practical knowledge of OAuth2, caching, future calls, and Outlook integration.
• Experience with Open CTI and Salesforce features.
• Familiarity with Agile development methodologies and SDLC tools.

Preferred Skills

• Understanding of cloud architecture, virtualization, and object stores.
