You will provide technical oversight for SaaS implementations and CRM solutions involving Salesforce integrations.
Responsibilities
Lead technical design sessions and workshops to define requirements, architecture options, and long-term technical strategies.
Own end-to-end technical aspects of Salesforce programs, including data migrations, system integrations, 3rd party applications, and custom development.
Develop and document technical architecture solutions spanning multiple platforms, ensuring secure authentication and integration across systems.
Establish internal development guidelines, standards, and CI/CD release management processes.
Mentor and train team members on integration, application development, deployment, and testing to ensure successful long-term support.
Review technical architecture deliverables to ensure quality, security adherence, and requirements traceability.
Required Skills
8+ years of experience in technical roles.
Strong working experience with Salesforce Service Cloud and the full Salesforce.com lifecycle.
In-depth knowledge of Salesforce capabilities, constraints, and the Force.com platform.
Advanced structured programming skills in Apex, Force.com, .Net, or Java.
