Description

Lead technical design and architecture for Salesforce SaaS implementations, managing end-to-end delivery of integrations, data migrations, and custom development.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Lead technical design sessions to define requirements, architecture options, and long-term strategies.
• Own end-to-end technical aspects of Salesforce programs, including system integrations and third-party applications.
• Develop and document technical architecture solutions ensuring secure authentication and cross-system integration.
• Establish internal development guidelines, standards, and CI/CD release management processes.
• Mentor team members on integration, application development, deployment, and testing.

Required Skills

• 8+ years of experience in technical roles.
• Strong working experience with Salesforce Service Cloud and the full Salesforce.com lifecycle.
• Advanced structured programming skills in Apex, Force.com, .Net, or Java.
• Proven experience implementing Batch Apex and/or Scheduled Apex.
• Strong understanding of web services and enterprise data transport technologies.
• Proficiency in relational database concepts, structures, and system analysis.
• Experience with C#, SQL, and the .Net framework.
• Knowledge of Azure, Microsoft Dynamics 365, and PowerBI.

Preferred Skills

• Experience managing technical change and release processes.
• Ability to communicate strategic technical concepts at an executive level.
