Salesforce Developer

You will lead the end-to-end technical execution of Salesforce programs, focusing on secure, high-performance solutions on the Force.com platform.

Responsibilities

• Own all technical aspects of Salesforce programs, including data modeling, migrations, quality, and system integrations.
• Implement custom development solutions using Apex, LWC, and Flow Builder.
• Manage technical change and release processes using CI/CD and release management workflows.
• Integrate Salesforce with external systems using web services and REST services.
• Perform technical risk assessment and troubleshoot application issues under pressure.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience with Salesforce Sales Cloud and Service Cloud.
• 2+ years of experience with Public Sector Foundation for licensing and permitting.
• Proven experience in at least two full Salesforce.com lifecycle implementations.
• Proficiency in Apex (Batch, Triggers, Classes), SOQL, and Lightning Web Components (LWC).
• Experience migrating Workflow rules and Process Builder to Flow Builder.
• Hands-on experience with OmniScripts and Conga Composer.
• Strong background in Database Architecture and Azure DevOps.
• Experience with data seeding and backup using Own (formerly OwnBackup).
• Ability to perform requirements gathering and produce detailed technical documentation.

Preferred Skills

• 2+ years of experience in Infrastructure/Network and Application Support.
• Experience with AppExchange products such as Clariti Basic Gov and Conga.
