Description

You will design, develop, and implement technical solutions on the Salesforce platform.

Responsibilities

• Build custom solutions using APEX, Force.com, Java, Salesforce Flow Builder, Visualforce Pages, and Lightning Web Components (LWC).
• Migrate existing functionality from Workflow Rules and Process Builder to Flow Builder.
• Implement Batch Apex, Apex triggers, and classes.
• Develop and consume web services, REST services, and other data transport technologies.
• Manage end-to-end technical aspects including data modeling, migrations, system integrations, and third-party applications like Conga and Clariti Basic Gov.
• Define and manage technical change management and release management processes.
• Perform backup, recovery, and data seeding using tools such as OwnBackup.
• Identify technical risks, troubleshoot application issues, and gather requirements from customers.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience with Salesforce Sales Cloud and Service Cloud.
• 2+ years of experience with Public Sector Foundation for licensing/permitting.
• Minimum of two full Salesforce.com lifecycle implementations.
• Proficiency in APEX, Force.com, Java, Salesforce Flow Builder, Visualforce Pages, LWC, and SOQL.
• 5+ years of experience with Azure DevOps.
• 3+ years of Database Architecture experience.
• 2+ years of experience in Infrastructure/Network and Application Support.
• Experience designing technical architecture solutions involving cross-platform integration and authentication.
• Ability to develop and implement Omniscripts and utilize Conga Composer.
