Description

You will own the end-to-end technical delivery of Salesforce programs, covering data migrations, systems integrations, and custom development.

Responsibilities

• Propose and articulate design and architecture options with clear pros and cons.
• Lead technical workstreams for integration, data conversion, or extension development.
• Define and manage technical change management and release processes.
• Coach and mentor the development team on best practices for integration, deployment, and testing.
• Review technical architecture deliverables to ensure quality and requirements traceability.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience leading Enterprise Salesforce implementations.
• Salesforce Certified Developer and Salesforce Certified Administrator certifications.
• Strong programming foundation in Apex, Force.com, .Net, Java, and C#.
• Hands-on experience with Service Cloud and the full Salesforce.com lifecycle.
• Proven implementation of Batch Apex and Scheduled Apex.
• Experience with SFDX and the Salesforce Development Lifecycle.
• Proficiency with Azure DevOps and CI/CD release management.
• Practical knowledge of SQL, PowerBI, and relational database structures.
• Experience managing data migrations and cloud integration projects.

Preferred Skills

• Knowledge of Microsoft Dynamics 365.
• Understanding of Azure licensing and costing.
