Description

You will design, develop, and implement customizable Salesforce solutions to meet CRM requirements. You own the release pipeline, managing deployment cycles and ensuring technical stability across project environments.

Responsibilities

• Define technical requirements for new projects and enhancements by collaborating with colleagues and end users.
• Own release cycles to implement and deploy updates to existing applications and code.
• Maintain technical responsibility for project environments and ensure solutions adhere to security guidelines.
• Establish internal development guidelines and standards for the development team.
• Collaborate with developers of other systems to manage integrations across the business.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience with Force.com platform functionalities, including Apex coding and configurations.
• 4+ years of programming experience with Visualforce, Lightning Web Components (LWC), Aura, Apex, HTML5, and JavaScript.
• 5+ years of experience with Service Cloud or Gov Cloud.
• 3+ years of experience with Apex API Integration.
• Proficiency with SOQL, SOSL, Data Loader, and Salesforce Object DML operations.
• Experience with Data Migration and Microsoft Azure DevOps or similar DevOps tools.
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field.

Preferred Skills

• Salesforce Certified Platform Developer certification.
• Experience with governmental processes and compliance procedures.
