Description

Provide technical oversight for SaaS CRM implementations and lead end-to-end technical aspects of Salesforce programs.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Own technical aspects of Salesforce programs, including data migrations, system integrations, and custom development.
• Define and manage technical change management and release processes for all Salesforce-related technology efforts.
• Lead technical workshops and design sessions to ensure requirements align with long-term client strategy and performance goals.
• Participate in vendor solution design sessions to provide guidance on extensions, data conversion, and application integration.
• Establish internal development guidelines, standards, and best practices for integration, deployment, and testing.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience in technical roles.
• Strong knowledge and working experience with Service Cloud.
• Proficiency in Apex, Force.com, .Net, and Java.
• Experience with SFDX and the Salesforce Development Lifecycle.
• Hands-on experience with Batch Apex and Schedule Apex development.
• Proven experience with at least two full lifecycle CRM or ERP implementations.
• Deep understanding of web services and data transport technologies in enterprise environments.
• Experience with Azure DevOps and Azure DevOps best practices.
• Knowledge of relational database concepts, structures, and system analysis methods.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with SUMO Scheduler.
• Experience with Salesforce Mobile App Scanner functionality.
