Description

Design, develop, and implement customizable solutions on the Salesforce platform to meet CRM requirements. This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end technical aspects of Salesforce programs, including data migrations, system integrations, and custom development.
• Define technical requirements by collaborating with architects, managers, and business stakeholders.
• Manage release cycles and technical change management processes using Azure DevOps CI/CD.
• Design and document technical architecture solutions spanning multiple platforms, including integration and authentication protocols.
• Establish internal development guidelines and standards to ensure team compliance.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of professional development experience.
• Strong hands-on experience with Apex programming, Apex triggers, Batch Apex, and Scheduled Apex.
• Proficiency in Lightning Web Components (LWC), Visualforce pages, and FlexiPages.
• Expertise in Salesforce platform configurations including Flows, Process Builder, and Workflow Rules.
• Deep knowledge of SOQL, SOSL, and Salesforce Object DML operations.
• Experience integrating Salesforce with cloud and on-premises applications using REST APIs, JSON, and XML.
• Hands-on experience with data mapping and large-scale data migrations.
• Solid understanding of core web technologies including HTML5, JavaScript, and jQuery.
• Practical knowledge of implementing authentication protocols such as OAuth.

Preferred Skills

• Salesforce Admin or other Salesforce certifications.
• Experience with Gov Plus Cloud.
