Description

You will own the end-to-end technical delivery of Salesforce solutions, supporting crisis call workflows for the MICAL project.

This role is hybrid.

Responsibilities

• Develop and deploy user stories using Apex, Visualforce, Aura Components, and Lightning Web Components (LWC).
• Define technical requirements and ensure alignment with client strategy, security guidelines, and performance goals.
• Manage release cycles, including code deployment, branch management, and CI/CD processes via Azure DevOps.
• Integrate Salesforce with cloud-based and on-premises applications using REST and SOAP APIs.
• Compile and enforce internal development standards, guiding the team through technical transitions.

Required Skills

• 6+ years of Salesforce development experience, including SFDX and the full development lifecycle.
• 4+ years developing with Apex, Visualforce, LWC, Aura, HTML5, and JavaScript.
• 5+ years of experience with Service Cloud or Health Cloud.
• 3+ years of hands-on experience with Salesforce Lightning, specifically LWC.
• 2+ years of experience with API integrations and Single Sign-On (SSO) implementations.
• Strong proficiency in configuring solutions using Flows, Process Builders, and Workflow Rules.
• Experience with data migrations, data quality, and systems integrations.
• Ability to communicate strategic technical concepts to stakeholders and executives.

Preferred Skills

• Experience implementing Batch Apex and Schedule Apex.
• Exposure to data migration and cloud integration projects.
