Responsibilities

• Guide the team to deliver high-quality Salesforce solutions.
• Develop features using Apex, LWC, and SOQL/SOSL.
• Design and implement complex business logic using Flows.
• Manage and execute integrations between systems.
• Provide technical leadership and mentorship.

Required Skills

• 10+ years of IT experience.
• 5+ years focused on Salesforce development.
• Expertise in Apex, LWC, SOQL/SOSL, and Flows.
• Proficiency with CI/CD pipelines and Git.
• Certified Salesforce Platform Developer I.
• Experience with technical leadership and mentorship.

Preferred Skills

• Salesforce CPQ experience.
• Experience with Mulesoft or Agile methodologies.
