Description

You will lead technical execution and solution architecture for large-scale Salesforce enterprise projects. This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Architect and deliver scalable Salesforce solutions aligned with Well-Architected principles.
• Lead technical project execution, including business requirements analysis and solution design.
• Implement and customize Service Cloud and Health Cloud functionalities.
• Develop complex features using Apex, Triggers, LWC, Flows, and Visualforce.
• Manage DevOps practices including CI/CD/CT within the Salesforce ecosystem.

Required Skills

• 6+ years of experience implementing solutions on the Salesforce platform.
• Deep proficiency in Apex, Triggers, Lightning Web Components (LWC), Flows, and Visualforce.
• Experience with Service Cloud implementation and Health Cloud exposure.
• Strong background in Object Oriented Design and design patterns.
• Hands-on experience with HTML5, CSS, JavaScript, and JavaScript frameworks.
• In-depth knowledge of the systems development life cycle and enterprise architecture principles.
• Active Salesforce certifications (Administrator, Developer, or Consultant).

Preferred Skills

• PhD with 3 years, Master's with 7 years, or Bachelor's with 8+ years in application program development.
• Work experience in the pharmaceutical industry.
