Lead the design and implementation of Salesforce solutions for complex business requirements.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Design and develop scalable Salesforce solutions using Apex, Lightning Web Components, HTML, and JavaScript.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to gather, document, and translate technical and business requirements into functional specifications.
• Implement integrations using REST and SOAP APIs, Platform Events, and microservices architectures.
• Maintain data quality, integrity, and security across all Salesforce applications.
• Provide ongoing system support, maintenance, and end-user training.

Required Skills

• 5 to 8 years of hands-on experience in Salesforce development.
• Proficiency in Apex code, triggers, batch jobs, scheduled Apex, and future methods.
• Strong experience building user interfaces with Lightning Web Components, HTML, and JavaScript.
• Deep understanding of Salesforce governor limits, security models, and sharing rules.
• Experience with the Lightning Framework and Lightning Web Components.
• Knowledge of integration patterns including REST/SOAP APIs and Platform Events.
• Understanding of SOA and microservices principles.
• Salesforce Platform Developer I and/or Developer II certification.

Preferred Skills

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
