Description

Lead the selection, implementation, and optimization of the MarTech stack to support omnichannel marketing campaigns. Manage integration and data flow between Salesforce, Pardot, Clarip, On24, and Cvent to ensure data integrity and privacy compliance.

Responsibilities

• Translate business user stories into technical requirements for Salesforce integrations, field mappings, and data models.
• Coordinate technical testing across MarTech applications and resolve bugs related to platform integrations.
• Validate Snowflake to MarTech application data syncs and transformations against defined use cases.
• Lead cross-functional teams through the planning, execution, and post-launch phases of MarTech projects.
• Design and implement lead scoring and nurturing solutions integrated with engagement history in Salesforce.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of professional experience in MarTech or Salesforce development.
• Proficiency in integrating and customizing CDPs to consolidate customer data and enable personalized campaigns.
• Hands-on experience with CRM, CDPs, SQL, and API integrations.
• Strong understanding of Data Analytics and marketing technology ecosystems.
• Experience managing data flow and syncs between Snowflake and MarTech applications.
• Ability to work directly with vendors to resolve technical implementation issues.
