Description

Lead technical design and custom development on the Salesforce platform for a small team of developers.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end design, development, and implementation of custom solutions using Apex, Triggers, Aura, and LWC.
• Architect Salesforce solutions integrating with external applications via REST and SOAP APIs.
• Lead a small team by providing technical guidance, mentorship, and code reviews.
• Drive requirements gathering and translate business needs into functional technical solutions.
• Manage technical documentation including HLD, LLD, process diagrams, and UML.

Required Skills

• 7+ years of Salesforce development experience with at least 4+ years in a technical lead role.
• Expertise in writing Apex classes, triggers, Aura, and Lightning Web Components (LWC).
• Proficiency with Salesforce Lightning Data Service, Salesforce Lightning Design System, and SFDX.
• Hands-on experience with REST and SOAP API integrations.
• Experience with version control tools such as GitHub or Bitbucket.
• Strong understanding of Salesforce architecture, data modeling, and data migration.
• Solid grasp of SDLC, Agile methodology, and CI/CD tools like Copado or Jenkins.

Preferred Skills

• Multiple Salesforce certifications.
