Description

Requirements:

 Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Software

Engineering, or a related field.

 6 to 8 years of professional experience, with 4 to 8 years of hands-on

Salesforce development experience.

 Strong experience in Salesforce Development, including Apex, Lightning Web

Components (LWC), Visualforce, SOQL, SOSL, Triggers, and Batch Apex.

 Proven experience working with Sales Cloud and Service Cloud.

 Solid understanding of the Salesforce security model, including profiles, roles,

permission sets, and sharing rules.

 Experience designing and implementing integrations between Salesforce and

external systems using REST/SOAP APIs and middleware platforms.

 Proficiency in JavaScript, HTML, CSS, and modern web development

technologies.

 Experience with Git, CI/CD pipelines, DevOps practices, and release

management processes.

 Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and problem-solving skills.

 Ability to collaborate effectively with business and technical stakeholders to

gather and refine requirements.

 Experience working in Agile and cross-functional environments.

GOOD TO HAVE:

 Salesforce certifications such as Platform Developer I/II, Administrator, or App

Builder.

 Experience with Salesforce Experience Cloud.

 Knowledge of integration platforms such as MuleSoft.

 Experience with Salesforce DevOps Center and automated deployment tools.

 Familiarity with Salesforce Lightning Design System (SLDS).

 Experience with large-scale enterprise Salesforce implementations.

Responsibilities:

 Design, develop, test, and deploy Salesforce solutions using Apex, Lightning

Web Components (LWC), and Visualforce.

 Customize Salesforce applications and features to meet business requirements.

 Develop and maintain integrations between Salesforce and external systems

using REST/SOAP APIs.

 Create and optimize custom objects, workflows, validation rules, reports, and

dashboards.

 Troubleshoot and resolve production issues while ensuring platform stability and

performance.

 Collaborate with business analysts, architects, and stakeholders to gather,

analyze, and refine requirements.

 Participate in solution design discussions and contribute to technical architecture

decisions.

 Perform code reviews and ensure adherence to Salesforce development best

practices.

 Support deployment and release management activities across multiple

environments.

 Create and maintain technical documentation and development standards.

 Provide post-implementation support and contribute to continuous improvement

initiatives.

 Participate in Agile ceremonies and collaborate with cross-functional teams to

ensure successful project delivery
