Description

Design and implement technical solutions within the Salesforce platform as a Senior CRM Analyst.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Analyze business problems to determine suitable technical or configuration solutions.
• Document IT design specifications and perform need-gap analyses based on end-user requirements.
• Define project requirements, milestones, and phases.
• Collaborate with Architects and Developers to translate business needs into functional and technical specifications.
• Drive solution design and implementation within a healthcare environment.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience working with the Salesforce platform as an Admin and/or Developer.
• Expert knowledge of Salesforce products.
• Experience with data management.
• Knowledge of integrations, 3rd party integration tools, and ETL with Salesforce.
• Project management experience.
• Ability to prioritize multiple activities in a changing environment.

Preferred Skills

• Salesforce Admin certification.
• Experience with Apex and Lightning.
• Agile methodology experience.
