You will build and implement Salesforce solutions following the full software development lifecycle.
Responsibilities
Develop Salesforce solutions and document them using flowcharts, diagrams, and clear code comments.
Direct junior developers by translating system requirements into technical task specifications.
Evaluate operational feasibility by analyzing problem definitions and proposed solutions.
Conduct code reviews and enforce coding best practices across implementations.
Provide feedback to analysts regarding performance considerations and usability issues.
Required Skills
5+ years of consulting or CRM/ERP implementation experience.
4 full life-cycle Salesforce implementations with expertise in at least two modules (Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Marketing Cloud, Force.com, Field Service, or CPQ).
Proficiency in at least two of the following: Java, C#, C++, SQL, or Apex.
At least 1 completed Salesforce technology certification.
2+ years of experience with Agile project management and VCS/CI/CD tools including Jira and Git.
Experience developing applications that interact with Salesforce via SOAP or REST APIs.
Experience with HTML, JavaScript, and jQuery.
Experience managing at least two large-scale full life-cycle CRM/ERP implementations.
Expertise in Salesforce dashboarding and cloud-to-on-prem integrations with security/authentication.
Preferred Skills
Salesforce Administrator and Developer certifications.
