Description

Build and manage technical solutions on the Salesforce platform to meet business objectives.

Responsibilities

  • Translate business requirements into well-architected solutions using Salesforce clouds.
  • Lead technical design sessions with Salesforce Administrators to align solutions with business goals.
  • Develop, test, and implement integrations and new capabilities on the platform.
  • Partner with on-shore and off-shore teams to ensure cross-system collaboration.
  • Conduct code reviews, follow coding standards, and address technical issues to meet SLAs.

Required Skills

  • 5+ years of experience in Salesforce development.
  • Proficiency with Apex and Lightning Web Components.
  • Hands-on work with Financial Services Cloud and OmniStudio.
  • Experience with Salesforce Platform and Experience Cloud.
  • Knowledge of CSS and VisualForce.
  • Experience with Copado DevOps and testing tools.
  • Strong Salesforce administration skills.
  • Degree in any field.

Preferred Skills

  • Boomi integration experience.
