Description

You will manage end-to-end email campaigns and digital communications within Salesforce Marketing Cloud. You own the design, build, and deployment of email assets and landing pages for internal and external initiatives. You configure technical infrastructure including authentication protocols (SPF, DKIM) and automation workflows.

Responsibilities

• Design, build, and refine email communications for digital campaigns.
• Create, deploy, and maintain landing pages for new programs.
• Map data fields and structures between legacy platforms and Salesforce Marketing Cloud.
• Configure authentication protocols including SPF and DKIM.
• Set up triggers, decision splits, and actions within Automation Studio.

Required Skills

• 6+ years of experience handling end-to-end email campaigns.
• Proficiency in Salesforce Marketing Cloud.
• Hands-on experience with landing page creation and maintenance.
• Experience with Automation Studio, specifically setting up triggers and decision splits.
• Knowledge of data mapping between disparate platforms.
• Technical understanding of SPF and DKIM configuration.
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent graduate degree.

Preferred Skills

• Salesforce Marketing Cloud (SFMC) Certification.
