Description

You will manage end-to-end email campaigns and digital communications within Salesforce Marketing Cloud.

Responsibilities

• Design, build, and refine email communications for internal and external digital campaigns.
• Create, deploy, and maintain landing pages for new programs, advertised assets, and product lines.
• Map data fields and structures between legacy platforms and Salesforce Marketing Cloud.
• Configure authentication protocols including SPF and DKIM.
• Coordinate featured assets and content with cross-functional teams.

Required Skills

• 6+ years of experience handling end-to-end email campaigns.
• Hands-on experience with Salesforce Marketing Cloud.
• Proficiency in setting up triggers and decision splits.
• Experience configuring actions within Automation Studio.
• Knowledge of SPF and DKIM authentication setup.
• Ability to perform data mapping between disparate platforms.
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent graduate qualification.

Preferred Skills

• Salesforce Marketing Cloud (SFMC) Certification.
