Description

You will design, build, and maintain Salesforce Experience Cloud sites, including the client's Online Experience portal, ensuring secure and scalable member-centric digital experiences.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Develop custom Lightning Web Components (LWC), Apex classes, triggers, and flows to support Experience Cloud functionality.
• Integrate Experience Cloud with Salesforce Data Cloud, Marketing Cloud, and internal systems such as Genesys Cloud, MuleSoft, and Hogan.
• Implement and manage security controls including profiles, permission sets, roles, sharing rules, and OWD settings.
• Configure Experience Cloud Analytics to capture member behavior and engagement data.
• Troubleshoot Platform Event triggers, governor limit issues, and data integrity concerns in high-volume scenarios.

Required Skills

• 10+ years of Salesforce development experience.
• Minimum 4+ years of hands-on Experience Cloud (Communities) development.
• Strong proficiency in Apex, Lightning Web Components (LWC), SOQL, and Salesforce Flows.
• Experience with Lightning Web Runtime (LWR) Experience Cloud sites.
• Strong understanding of the Salesforce security model.
• Salesforce Platform Developer I certification (required).
• Experience with CI/CD pipelines for deployments.
• Background in the Banking Domain with knowledge of banking products and services.

Preferred Skills

• Salesforce Experience Cloud Consultant certification.
• Experience with OmniStudio (FlexCards, Omniscripts) or AgentForce/Einstein AI features.
• Knowledge of financial services industry regulations and compliance requirements.
