Description

You will build and improve solutions on the Salesforce platform within an agile team environment, focusing on reuse, speed to market, and technical excellence.

Responsibilities

• Build Salesforce solutions using Apex and Lightning Web Components (LWC).
• Collaborate with architects and engineers to design technical solutions.
• Provide recommendations on technical architecture, standards, and release processes.
• Publish clear design documentation and participate in formal architecture and code reviews.
• Solve complex technical problems and support team members through collaborative solutioning.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of development experience, with at least 4 years focused on Salesforce.
• Expertise in Apex and Lightning Web Components (LWC).
• Proficiency in low-code tools, specifically Salesforce Flows.
• Deep understanding of Salesforce APIs, integration patterns, triggers, and governor limits.
• Experience with DevOps practices and tools including Jenkins and GitHub.
• Knowledge of Salesforce CPQ and CI/CD workflows.
• Salesforce Platform Developer 1 certification.

Preferred Skills

• Salesforce Platform Developer 2 (PD2) certification.

Bachelor's degree in a technology-related subject area.
