Description

Lead Salesforce development and solution delivery for pharma domain projects, driving requirement analysis, architecture, and execution for Health Cloud and Service Cloud implementations.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Drive requirement analysis, solution architecture, design, and execution for Health Cloud and Service Cloud implementations.
• Configure and customize Salesforce using Apex, LWC, Flows, Process Builder, and SOQL/SOSL.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to align business requirements with Salesforce capabilities.
• Ensure solutions follow Salesforce Well-Architected principles for scalability and sustainability.

Required Skills

• 8+ years of experience in application program development.
• Proven experience implementing Health Cloud and Service Cloud solutions.
• Expertise in Apex, LWC, Flows, Process Builder, and SOQL/SOSL.
• Ability in solution design and enterprise-level project delivery.
• Experience guiding technical teams on enterprise architecture and governance.

Preferred Skills

• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field.
