Description

You will design, develop, and implement technical solutions on the Salesforce platform. You will own the production support lifecycle, including incident resolution, enhancements, and deployments.

Responsibilities

• Design and implement technical solutions on the Salesforce platform.
• Provide production support, handling day-to-day incidents, enhancements, and deployments.
• Perform stability checks, validate application functionality, and verify post-upgrade/patch installations.
• Diagnose complex problems and coordinate fixes for incidents and enhancements.
• Collaborate with scrum teams to translate business requirements into technical changes and coordinate with offshore teams.

Required Skills

• 6+ years of experience in Salesforce development.
• 4+ years of experience providing production support for CRM applications.
• Extensive experience with Salesforce and SQL Server technologies.
• Strong knowledge of SQL Server and Stored Procedures.
• Solid understanding of Web services.
• Proficiency in SQL.
• Ability to facilitate technical meetings with multiple stakeholders.
• Any Graduate degree.
