Description

You will design, develop, and deploy scalable Salesforce solutions using Apex, Lightning Web Components (LWC), and Salesforce Flows. Your work will focus on Service Cloud, integrating external systems, and enhancing user engagement through Salesforce Messaging.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain Apex classes, triggers, and LWC components to meet business requirements.
• Automate complex business processes using Salesforce Flows for scalability.
• Build and support Salesforce Messaging (In-App & Web) integrated with Service Cloud.
• Create and maintain integrations with external systems using Apex REST APIs.
• Conduct code reviews, perform unit testing, and support User Acceptance Testing (UAT).

Required Skills

• 6+ years of Salesforce development experience with a strong focus on Service Cloud.
• Expertise in Salesforce Flow development beyond basic Apex and LWC.
• Hands-on experience with Salesforce Messaging for In-App and Web channels.
• Proficiency in building Salesforce integrations using Apex REST APIs or ETL tools.
• Strong debugging skills for LWC components.
• Ability to review, analyze, and improve existing codebases.
• Experience managing deployments via Salesforce DX, Change Sets, or CI/CD tools.

Preferred Skills

• Knowledge of Experience Cloud for building customer service portals.
• Ability to research and recommend technologies to enhance system performance.
