You will build and maintain custom solutions within the Salesforce Service Cloud environment.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Develop custom features and functionality for Salesforce Service Cloud.
• Build and maintain integrations using Apex REST APIs.
• Manage data movement and integration workflows using ETL tools.
• Implement backend logic to support service-oriented business processes.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience in Salesforce development.
• Proficiency in Apex programming.
• Hands-on experience with REST APIs.
• Experience working with ETL tools for data integration.
• Strong focus on Service Cloud development.
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent graduate qualification.
