Responsibilities

• Architect and deliver business solutions to meet contact center requirements.
• Manage integrations between Salesforce and MuleSoft, DocuSign, Java JEE, and content management systems.
• Define and finalize functional and non-functional requirements.
• Lead technical teams, track SLA project progress, and create technical design documentation.
• Provide support for end-to-end testing and development of business functionality.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of professional experience.
• Salesforce platform development.
• Java and JavaScript.
• DocuSign integration.
• Experience managing integrations with MuleSoft and Java JEE.
• Degree in any field.
