Description

You will develop and maintain a global Salesforce application for field sales teams, owning the design, configuration, and integration of scalable solutions.

This role is remote.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and configure Salesforce applications using Apex, Lightning (Aura/LWC), and metadata management.
• Build and enhance solutions across Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, mobile, desktop, and external integrations.
• Analyze business requirements, assess feasibility, and deliver robust technical solutions.
• Lead and mentor team members on development standards, architecture compliance, and best practices.
• Support deployments, manage metadata, and drive continuous process improvements.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of IT experience in enterprise or complex system implementations.
• Hands-on expertise in Salesforce development and configuration.
• Proficiency in Apex, Lightning Web Components (LWC), and Aura.
• Strong knowledge of SOQL and SOSL.
• Experience delivering software solutions in an Agile environment.
• Proven ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with Sales Cloud and Service Cloud.
• Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines, Jira, and Confluence.
