Description

Lead the development of complex Salesforce systems and design evolving data schemas. This role owns the full lifecycle of platform customization, from design and configuration to testing and deployment, while mentoring junior engineers and maintaining security best practices.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Design, configure, test, and deploy Salesforce solutions aligned with functional requirements.
• Perform platform customization, execute testing, and maintain documentation for off-hour releases.
• Conduct code reviews and provide technical mentorship to less experienced developers.
• Provide technical assistance, end-user troubleshooting, and maintain security standards.

Required Skills

• 8+ years of software development experience, including 4+ years in Salesforce development.
• 1+ years of experience with Apttus Contract Lifecycle Management (CLM).
• Proficiency in Apex, Triggers, LWC, Lightning, and Visualforce.
• Strong knowledge of SOQL, Workflows, Reports, Process Builder, and Flow.
• Hands-on experience with HTML5, JavaScript, and jQuery.
• Experience integrating web services using REST, SOAP, JSON, and XML.
• Practical understanding of relational databases, data modeling, and ETL tools.
• Familiarity with agile methodologies and object-oriented design patterns.

Preferred Skills

• Salesforce Platform Developer I or Platform Developer II certifications.
