Develop and implement technical solutions within the Salesforce ecosystem to meet business requirements and strategic goals.

Responsibilities

• Develop and refine functional and technical solutions using Apex, Lightning Aura, and Lightning Web Components.
• Collaborate with functional and technical leads to ensure specifications adhere to platform architecture and design.
• Integrate Salesforce with external systems and manage custom development across Sales, Service, and Experience Clouds.
• Design cohesive development strategies through communication with architects and other developers during all phases of testing and deployment.
• Lead client meetings, presentations, and solution demonstrations to communicate technical progress.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience in Salesforce development with multiple full lifecycle implementations.
• Proficiency in Apex, Lightning Aura, and Lightning Web Components (LWC).
• Experience configuring and customizing Flows and Triggers.
• Strong technical knowledge of Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, and Experience Cloud.
• Hands-on experience with Salesforce platform integrations.
• Experience working within AGILE/SCRUM processes.
• Salesforce Platform Developer certification.
• Salesforce Administrator certification.
• Ability to troubleshoot complex configuration and customization issues.
