Description

You will own the end-to-end development of projects within the Salesforce ecosystem.

Responsibilities

• Design, scope, and build new systems and major features using experienced judgment.
• Collaborate with product managers and team members to understand dependencies and design solutions that avoid disrupting existing changes.
• Identify, propose, and implement scalable solutions leveraged across the team.
• Develop complex systems and integrations to solve high-level problems.
• Communicate effectively about technical subjects to both technical and non-technical audiences.

Required Skills

• 5+ years developing in the Salesforce ecosystem (Apex, Triggers, LWC framework, Process Builders, Flows, configuration/administration).
• Experience integrating large systems and custom products in complex Salesforce environments.
• Software development experience and understanding of industry best practices outside of Salesforce, preferably on an AWS stack.
• Working knowledge of Salesforce DevOps using Jira, GitHub, Salesforce DX, and the Salesforce CLI.
• Proven ability to deliver at a high level in an Agile environment.
