Description

You will design, develop, and maintain scalable Salesforce solutions using Apex, Visualforce, and Lightning Web Components. You own the full development lifecycle from analysis to deployment, ensuring code quality and system reliability.

Responsibilities

• Develop custom Salesforce applications using Apex, Visualforce, and Lightning Web Components.
• Build and maintain integrations with external systems via REST and SOAP APIs.
• Configure Salesforce objects, fields, workflows, validation rules, and Flows.
• Troubleshoot production issues and resolve technical blockers efficiently.
• Write and maintain technical documentation while adhering to Salesforce best practices.

Required Skills

• 3+ years of hands-on Salesforce development experience.
• Strong proficiency in Apex, Visualforce, SOQL, and SOSL.
• Experience building with Lightning Web Components (LWC).
• Understanding of Nonprofit Success Pack (NPSP) and donor management workflows.
• Familiarity with Salesforce security models and data migration tools like Data Loader.
• Experience with CI/CD practices for Salesforce deployments.
• Salesforce Platform Developer I certification is required.

Preferred Skills

• Salesforce Platform Developer II certification.
• Nonprofit Cloud Consultant certification.
