Good to Have Skills: Experience with financial services, Agile/Scrum methodologies, DevOps tools like Git, Azure DevOps, Copado, integration tools and APIs, middleware experience, Lightning Experience customization, UI design skills, Salesforce certifications including Platform Developer I, Administrator, or App Builder.

Roles & Responsibilities:

• Build and enhance Salesforce functionality using Apex, Lightning Web Components, Flows, and declarative configuration.
• Implement user stories and requirements in alignment with architectural guidance and established coding standards.
• Customize objects, fields, page layouts, record types, flows, validation rules, profiles, and permission sets.
• Develop integrations with upstream and downstream systems using Salesforce APIs and integration patterns.
• Participate in code reviews, unit testing, and release deployments to ensure quality deliverables.
• Work closely with the Salesforce Architect to ensure solutions align with platform strategy and design principles.
• Collaborate with business analysts, product managers, and end users to clarify requirements and understand workflows.
• Partner with QA teams to support testing cycles and resolve defects efficiently.
• Participate in sprint ceremonies and Agile delivery activities as part of development team.
• Assist with troubleshooting, root-cause analysis, and daily support of Salesforce users.

Experience Required: 1-6 years of Salesforce development or configuration experience with hands-on experience in Apex classes, triggers, SOQL/SOSL, Lightning Web Components, and Flow Builder. Understanding of Salesforce data model and fundamental CRM concepts required along with ability to translate functional requirements into technical deliverables.

Education: Bachelor's degree required, advanced degree preferred. Engineering or Computer Science background preferred
