Description

Design, develop, and implement customized Salesforce solutions, managing the full lifecycle from requirements to production release.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Build and maintain Apex classes, triggers, Visualforce pages, Lightning Web Components (LWC), and Aura components.
• Develop custom objects, workflows, validation rules, process builders, and flows to meet business requirements.
• Integrate Salesforce with external systems using REST/SOAP APIs and web services.
• Implement and manage CI/CD pipelines for Salesforce deployments using Salesforce DX and Git.
• Write efficient batch processes and triggers to ensure data integrity, performance, and code scalability.

Required Skills

• 5–7 years of experience as a Salesforce Developer.
• Strong proficiency in Apex, Visualforce, Lightning Web Components (LWC), and Aura Components.
• Hands-on experience with Salesforce DX, Git, and CI/CD pipelines.
• Expertise in Salesforce integration via REST/SOAP APIs and web services.
• Deep understanding of Salesforce data model, security model, and governor limits.
• Familiarity with Salesforce configuration tools (Flows, Process Builder, Workflow Rules).
• Experience with Salesforce Service Cloud; Sales Cloud and Experience Cloud knowledge is a plus.
• Willingness to work in overlapping US East Coast time zones.
• Salesforce Certified Platform Developer I (mandatory).

Preferred Skills

• Salesforce Platform Developer II or Agentforce-related certifications.
• Exposure to Agentforce platforms.
• Knowledge of third-party integrations and middleware tools.
