Description

You will build and enhance Salesforce functionality using Apex, Lightning Web Components, Flows, and declarative configuration to deliver technical solutions aligned with architectural guidance.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Implement user stories by customizing objects, fields, page layouts, record types, flows, validation rules, profiles, and permission sets.
• Develop integrations with upstream and downstream systems using Salesforce APIs and established integration patterns.
• Participate in code reviews, unit testing, and release deployments to ensure quality deliverables and adherence to coding standards.
• Collaborate with business analysts, product managers, and QA teams to clarify requirements, support testing cycles, and resolve defects.
• Assist with troubleshooting, root-cause analysis, and daily support for Salesforce users.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of Salesforce development or configuration experience.
• Hands-on proficiency in Apex classes, triggers, SOQL, SOSL, Lightning Web Components, and Flow Builder.
• Strong understanding of the Salesforce data model and fundamental CRM concepts.
• Experience with Sales Cloud and Service Cloud customization.
• Ability to translate functional requirements into technical deliverables.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with financial services domain.
• Familiarity with Agile/Scrum methodologies and DevOps tools like Git, Azure DevOps, or Copado.
