Description

You will build and maintain Salesforce solutions, leading development teams and owning the technical delivery of Sales Cloud implementations.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Lead the development and optimization of Salesforce Flows for complex business automation.
• Design and implement scalable, reusable Lightning Web Components (LWC).
• Develop robust Apex classes, triggers, batch jobs, and asynchronous processing logic.
• Integrate Salesforce with external systems using APIs and middleware tools.
• Manage Salesforce configuration, security models, and user management.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of hands-on experience with Salesforce development.
• Deep expertise in Sales Cloud functionalities and best practices.
• Strong command over Apex development, including triggers and asynchronous processing.
• Proven experience building and optimizing Salesforce Flows.
• Hands-on experience developing Lightning Web Components (LWC).
• Proven track record integrating Salesforce with external systems via APIs.
• Solid grasp of Salesforce Administration, security, and declarative tools.
• Strong technical lead and team leading capabilities.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with middleware integration tools beyond standard APIs.
