Responsibilities

• Lead fullstack development initiatives for Salesforce platforms.

• Maintain and optimize existing application codebases.
• Drive technical decisions for the Salesforce engineering team.

Required Skills

• 8-10 years of dedicated Salesforce development experience.
• Proven experience as a Salesforce Tech Lead.
• Strong background in fullstack development.
• Minimum 7+ years of general programming experience.

Preferred Skills

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field.
• Experience managing technical teams.
