Description

You will develop and manage the MarTech stack to support omnichannel marketing campaigns.

Responsibilities

• Translate business requirements into technical specifications for Salesforce integrations, field mappings, and data models.
• Oversee data flow between platforms to ensure integrity and compliance with privacy regulations.
• Define and execute technical tests across MarTech applications.
• Identify, analyze, and resolve bugs related to integrations between MarTech apps and Salesforce.
• Review and validate Snowflake to MarTech app data syncs and transformations.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of professional experience.
• Strong knowledge of CRM systems and Salesforce.
• Proficiency with Customer Data Platforms (CDPs) to consolidate customer data.
• Experience customizing CDPs for personalized marketing campaigns.
• Proficiency in SQL.
• Experience with API integrations.
• Background in Marketing and analytics.

Preferred Skills

• Ability to work with partners and vendors to resolve technical implementation issues.
